Submitted manuscripts may not have not been published or be currently under consideration for publication in any other journal or conference with a refereed, archival proceedings. The Program Committee will rigorously review submitted manuscripts. Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference. Accepted papers will be published as a proceedings volume in the Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) series from Springer-Verlag, which will be available at the conference. Authors should submit their manuscripts in PDF format according to the LNBI series guidelines: http://www.springer.com/us/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines and use the proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word. Springer’s proceedings LaTeX templates are also available in Overleaf. Authors are encouraged to include their ORCIDs in their manuscripts.
Submitted papers must be at most 15 pages in length (in the LNBI format), excluding references, with optionally a clearly marked appendix containing supplementary material. While appendices will be available to the reviewers, consideration of supplementary material is left to the reviewers' discretion. Manuscripts should provide a complete account of the results presented without referring to the supplementary material. Authors must register on that web site before submition of the manuscript. A standard PDF file must be received by midnight on Friday, Feb. 18, 2022 (Anywhere on Earth, UTC-12) in order for a submission to be considered for publication. Updates of already submitted papers will be possible until midnight Monday, Feb. 21, 2022 (AoE).
Journal Publication:
RECOMB-CG proceedings will be published in LNBI. Selected papers will be invited to publish instead (with fees) in a special issue of Biology (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/biology/special_issues/RECOMB_CG_2022).
We sollicite high-quality poster abstracts on novel computational or experimental results that fall within the general scope of the conference.
Submitted abstracts must be at most 2 pages in length including references and figures, in PDF format according to the LNBI guidelines (same template as paper submissions).
